This Privacy Policy explains how Aromi Scents LLC (“Aromi Scents,” “Tranqwool,””;we,””us,”or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with the Tranqwool and Tranqwool Reset website (tranqwool.com), mobile application, connected hardware devices (including Reset One, Reset Go, and Reset Atelier), retail locations, and events (collectively, the “Services”. This Policy applies to users located in the United States. By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.

• Account & Contact Information: name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and account credentials when you register, purchase products, or subscribe to communications.
• Biometric & Wellness Data: signals collected through the Tranqwool app and connected Reset hardware, which may include heart rate, HRV, skin temperature, movement, mood check-in responses, sound/scent/light preferences, and related wellness metrics used to personalize your environment.
• Payment Information: transaction and billing details processed through third-party payment processors and marketplaces (including Amazon and Squarespace Payments); we do not store full payment card numbers on our own servers.
• Location Information: approximate or precise location data (e.g., for local weather/AQI-based recommendations, retail store locator features, or event check-in), collected with your device permission.
• Usage & Device Data: app interaction data, device identifiers, IP address, browser type, and diagnostic logs.
3. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
• Provide, personalize, and improve the Services, including scent/sound/light recommendations and mood-based features.
• Process purchases, subscriptions, and manage your account.
• Enable optional features such as Tranqwool Connect profile sharing.
• Communicate with you about orders, updates, and (with consent) marketing.
• Maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
• Conduct aggregated, de-identified analytics to improve product design.
4. Biometric & Health-Related Data
Given the sensitive nature of biometric and wellness data, we apply heightened safeguards, including:
• Collecting biometric/wellness data only with your affirmative consent through the app or device pairing process.
• Using such data solely to power personalization features (e.g., environment recommendations) unless you separately consent to additional uses.
• Not selling biometric or health-related data to third parties.
• Retaining biometric data only as long as needed for the purposes described, or as required by law, and deleting it upon account deletion request. Tranqwool Reset devices are wellness and relaxation products only. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. 5. How We Share Information
We may share information with:
• Service providers who support hosting, payment processing, analytics, customer support, and fulfillment (e.g., Squarespace, Amazon, cloud/analytics vendors).
• Business or wellness partners, only where you have opted into a shared feature (e.g., a co-branded partner program).
• Legal or regulatory authorities where required to comply with law, protect rights, or respond to lawful requests.
• A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
