1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Tranqwool and Tranqwool Reset website, mobile application, connected hardware devices, retail locations, and events (collectively, the “Services”), operated by Aromi Scents LLC, a New York limited liability company (“;Aromi Scents,” “Tranqwool”, “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Tranqwool offers an AI-powered environmental wellness platform combining scent, sound, light, and biometric personalization, including:

• The Tranqwool mobile app and related digital features (including mood check-in and Tranqwool Connect profile sharing).

• Connected hardware products, including Reset One, Reset Go, and Reset Atelier.

• Retail sales of wellness products and accessories.

• In-person and ticketed wellness events, experiences, and pop-ups.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or make a purchase. Any event content involving alcoholic beverages (e.g., cocktail/mocktail pairings) is subject toapplicable legal drinking age requirements and venue verification.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

5. Purchases, Payment & Refunds

• Prices for products and services are listed at the time of purchase and are subject to change.

• Payments made through third-party platforms (including Amazon and Squarespace Payments) are also subject to those platforms' terms.

• Refund and return eligibility will be specified at checkout or in a separate Return Policy; absent a stated policy, refund requests are evaluated case by case.

• Subscription features, if offered, will include clear renewal and cancellation terms at the time of signup.

6. Hardware Products & Limited Warranty

Reset hardware products are sold subject to any separate limited warranty provided at the time of purchase.

Except as expressly stated in that warranty, hardware is provided “as is.” Unauthorized modification, misuse, or use inconsistent with the product instructions voids applicable warranty coverage.

7. Wellness Disclaimer — Not Medical Advice or a Medical Device

Tranqwool products and the Tranqwool app are designed for general relaxation, ambiance, and wellness purposes only. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or medical condition. The Services do not provide medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding any health condition, and before making changes based on biometric feedback provided by the Services.

8. User Content & Tranqwool Connect

If you use profile-sharing features such as Tranqwool Connect, you control what preference or profile data you choose to share with other users or devices. You are responsible for content and data you choose to share. We may remove shared content that violates these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, product designs, app content, and materials associated with Tranqwool and Tranqwool Reset are owned by Aromi Scents LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without prior written consent.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer or tamper with hardware or app software beyond intended use; (b) use the Services for unlawful purposes; (c) interfere with the security or operation of the Services; or (d) misrepresent your identity or age.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AROMI SCENTS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aromi Scents LLC from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect

constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms.
